FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of decorated foamed glass. Pores on the surface of foamed glass are filled with molten amber. The molten amber is obtained through dry distillation at temperature of approximately 420°C.
EFFECT: reduced susceptibility to cracking of articles made from foamed glass during decoration.
