FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises fitting electromechanical transducer (EMT) in casing, orientating EMT flap flats to nozzles, driving the latter to contact with flap flats, shifting EMT flap relative to casing to position whereat flap flats are parallel about nozzle faces, compression of flap by nozzles in said position, fixation of EMT flap on casing and regulating hydraulic booster parameters by displacing nozzles relative to EMT flap at required distance. Prior to fitting EMT in casing, two pilot holes are made therein to receive pressure gages, each being communicated with appropriate face of control valve and nozzle axial orifice. Pressure gages are connected to said orifices to control preset working fluid pressure on control valve faces in adjusting booster parameters. Thereafter, gages are dismantled while pilot orifices are stopped.
EFFECT: higher maintainability and accuracy of adjustment.
