FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of assembling high-precision hardware operated at increased vibration loads, mainly incorporated with aircraft and rockets. The proposed method comprises mounting the electromechanical converter (EMC) in the housing, orienting the EMC flap flats towards the nozzles, turning EMC relative to the housing by shifting the nozzles relative to the housing against the stop to the flap flats, tightening up the flap by the nozzles at the position where at the flap flats are parallel to the nozzle end faces, attaching the EMC to the housing followed by subsequent adjustment performed by drawing the nozzles apart from the EMC flap to the preset distance. Note here that, prior to turning EMC relative to the housing, the flap and nozzles axles are arranged in one plane inside EMC. Note also that tightening up the flap by the nozzles at the position whereat the flap flats are parallel to the nozzle end faces and attaching the EMC to the housing are performed at the aforesaid position of the EMC flap and nozzles axles. For this, the EMC mounting hole in the housing is made stepwise. Note here that the first step of the said hole adjoining the EMC flange is made cylindrical and radially directed towards the nozzles axles. Mind that the arrangement of the EMC flap and nozzles axles in one plane is ensured by fitting a temporary sleeve into the first step of the said hole, the said sleeve being furnished with a coaxial hole matching the EMC flap axle. Now the EMC flap is mounted in the coaxial hole of the previously mentioned temporary sleeve. Prior to adjusting EMC, it is removed from the housing along with the said temporary sleeve. Then EMC is mounted and fixed on the housing again. Note that the aforesaid temporary sleeve features a height not exceeding the depth of the aforesaid hole first step.
EFFECT: elimination of unbalanced hydrodynamic forces acting on flap by arranging EMC flap and nozzles axles in on plane.
