FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bearing comprises annular permanent magnets, external magnets being stationary and internal magnets being fitted on working axle. Note here that said magnets face each other by their unshielded surfaces. Besides, it includes three magnetic rings consisting of permanent magnets. Central magnetic ring magnets are fitted on working axle and casing to have their unlike poles facing each other. Side rings comprise magnets with their unlike poles facing each other and are arranged in symmetry about central magnetic ring. Bearing body makes a diamagnetic shield.
EFFECT: higher axial rigidity, balanced and stable rotation on magnetic cushion, reduced power losses.
