FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is arranged in symmetry with axis Y and comprises sliding spider with injector arranged at its center, annular cup to support axially said spider inner radial airflow swirler, and Venturi tube, all being arranged in direction from inlet to outlet. Airflow swirler is furnished with vanes to direct air at pressure toward inner section of injector. Inner radial airflow swirler has its outlet face jointed to drum. Sliding spider includes the following elements, all arranged in direction from inlet to outlet, i.e. taper converging section changing into cylindrical section jointed with ring flange extending radially toward outer edges. Said drum comprises outer cylindrical baffle with inlet and outlet faces. Outer cylindrical baffle changes into diffuser furnished with ring-like flange extending radially toward outer edges. Drum diffuser is attached directly ahead of flange by means of connection baffle to cylindrical ring. Cylindrical ring and connection baffle make a connection ledge directed toward device inlet. At least, one row of swirling orifices is made in drum outer cylindrical baffle, nearby inlet face of outer cylindrical baffle. Connection baffle of drum connection ledge is provided with several cooling orifices with their axes inclined to injector axis Y at angle γ. Axes of swirling orifices are inclined at angle α2 to aforesaid axis (Y).
EFFECT: smaller overall radial dimensions, higher quality of fuel spray.
