SUBSTANCE: swirler for medium injection into turbine comprises a central axis, a central channel aligned according to the central axis, and an outer perimetre. It also contains a base plate with end face surface fitted by the first and the second passages. The passages are capable to direct the medium from the space surrounding the outer perimetre to the central channel and are located alternately in the circumferential direction of the swirler. The first passage comprises the first base space which forms the first plane perpendicular to the central axis. The second passage comprises the second base space which forms the second plane perpendicular to the central axis. The first passage has the first depth in the axial direction and the second passage has the second depth in the axial direction. The first and the second depths differ from each other and are formed due to the different width of the base plate material. The other subject of the present invention is the method of injecting medium into turbine by means of the above swirler, the method implies direction of the medium from the space surrounding the outer perimetre to the swirler central channel.
EFFECT: invention provides for stable fuel injection system.
