FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: furnace includes housing with walls and upper cover, in which there located is combustion chamber with combustion zone and air supply channels to combustion zone of combustion chamber and channels for removal of combustion products from the above chamber, which are connected to vent pipe. Door with lock with shutoff and stop elements is installed with possibility of being rotated in the frame arranged on the housing. In upper part of furnace, between combustion chamber and vent pipe there installed is shaped wall so that a cavity is formed, which is restricted with upper cover of furnace, side elements of furnace housing, mainly with walls of furnace, and shaped wall. In the wall there made are openings in the form of slots, mainly in its peripheral zone, which attach the cavity of combustion chamber to the above cavity by means of horizontally oriented channels which open into the above cavity towards each other, and swirler is installed between outlet parts of channels. The above channels are formed with side elements of furnace housing, mainly with walls, and vertical partitions on located on shaped wall.
EFFECT: improving fuel combustion completeness, heating capacity of exit flue gases and increasing service life of furnace operation at constant fuel consumption.
