FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to domestic heating ovens and can be used in the development of furnaces. Furnace contains side and rear walls, arch and bottom, door with frame, forming combustion zone, external channels of air supply and discharge of combustion products and represents two different-height parallelepipeds, cavities of which are connected to each other. Frame with the door is installed on the smaller one, and the external channel for removal of combustion products is placed on the larger one. External channels of air supply inside furnace are located in lower part of frame with door, mainly on door. Bottom of furnace is shaped with inclined walls forming internal channels of air supply located in lower angles of furnace, besides, cavities of the above channels open to cavity of furnace through end-to-end channels made in said inclined walls. Side walls of furnace are profiled with ledges on walls to form internal channels for air supply from channels located in lower angles of furnace, between fuel and said walls, and discharge of combustion products. Inside furnace, in close proximity to said external air supply channels, there is a shaped bracket separating cavity of air supply into furnace on two interconnected cavities and forming lower cavity of air supply inside internal air supply channels located in lower angles of furnace, and upper cavity between door and combustion zone. Furnace casing is provided with an internal shaped channel for discharge of combustion products, the inlet part of which is located in close proximity to the frame with the door. In top part of furnace there are internal upper channels for discharge of combustion products, cavities of which are interconnected with cavity of furnace and with cavity of external channel for discharge of combustion products. In the version, internal upper channels contain elements to impart rotary motion to channels of combustion products in channels. Disclosed is method of furnace application.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of design, higher reliability, higher completeness of fuel combustion, heat removal.
