To enable two-profile control and control of tooth width, the optoelectronic sensor moves to the pitch point of the involute profile of the other side of the tooth surface, wherein the pitch point lies on the opposite side of the wheel. Teo enable control of helical wheels, the drive on the tooth width moves the sensor at an angle of inclination of the tooth of the controlled wheel.

EFFECT: solution enables simultaneous control of basic parameters of the involute on one measurement position.
