SUBSTANCE: apparatus for integrated contactless control of toothed gears based on a polar coordinate method has a controlled toothed gear, a laser ring oscillator, a one revolution marker and a drive, rigidly mounted on one axle and forming a spindle assembly, an optoelectronic sensor comprising a solid-state laser, a double-area optoelectronic transducer, amplifiers, a comparator, characterised by that it is fitted with drives and sensors for movement on the line of contact, on the tooth width, on axis Y, a controlled voltage source, units for determining signal slope and parameters, a useful profile length unit, a unit for determining the pitch point, units for controlling the drive on the tooth width and the drive on the line of contact and units for synchronisation, recording and calculation of parameters. To enable two-profile control and control of tooth width, the optoelectronic sensor moves to the pitch point of the involute profile of the other side of the tooth surface, wherein the pitch point lies on the opposite side of the wheel. Teo enable control of helical wheels, the drive on the tooth width moves the sensor at an angle of inclination of the tooth of the controlled wheel.
EFFECT: solution enables simultaneous control of basic parameters of the involute on one measurement position.
