SUBSTANCE: method involves: determining the category of an incoming message, calculating the required virtual network resource based on analysis of parameters of the incoming message and its typical statistical characteristics, preliminary formation of the topology of the virtual network, setting up the virtual network and correcting the topology based on estimated capabilities of the broadband wireless network for the network cell formation mode for the purpose of parallel packet transmission, multichannel packet transmission over composite channels and filtration thereof in accordance with the construction principle of the virtual network, and based on formation of the virtual network and broadband wireless communication device using retransmission in parallel composite channels.

EFFECT: improved speed characteristics and reliability of networks with moderate packet network loads.
