A network structure consisting of a server connected to a plurality of routers connected to a plurality of broadband mobile modems is arranged, a server, a plurality of routers, a plurality of modems form an internal network in which a server, a plurality of routers, plurality of modems have internal IP addresses, wherein each of the plurality of routers is connected to its plurality of modems, wherein the server has an external IP address, routers have only an internal IP address, wherein the server comprises at least one software proxy server and at least one L2TP server, providing a connection of a server with an external IP address and a plurality of routers to each other, forming a virtual subnet using an L2TP tunnel, which ensures the operation of the internal subnet between the server and the routers, using software proxy servers, the server receives data from the user device accessing it by its external IP address, sends the data to the routers through the L2TP tunnel in the internal subnet using the L2TP server, routers forward data received from server to connected modems, modems forward data received from a router through a mobile network of a communication operator on their own name and an IP address to an external network node to which a user device has requested access from a server.

EFFECT: high energy efficiency of the Internet traffic redirection system when connecting users to Internet nodes through a broadband mobile modem, which transmits traffic through a mobile network of a cellular communication operator on its own name and an IP address.
