FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: two transistors (11) and (12) of different conductivity are introduced into the proposed device. Besides, a collector of the second transistor of n-p-n type (11) is connected to a positive pole of a reserve power supply source (2), an emitter - via serially connected light radiator (8.2) of an optical coupler (8), and the second resistor (7) - to the common negative pole of supply sources, and the base - to the emitter of the first transistor of n-p-n type (9), a collector of the transistor of p-n-p type (12) is connected to the appropriate terminal of the load (3), the emitter - to the positive pole of the reserve supply source (2), and the base - to the other output of the photoresistor (8.1) of the optical coupler (8).
EFFECT: increased reliability with reduction of power consumption in a redundancy mode, device simplification.
