SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first and second sources of power supply, negative outputs of which are combined into a common output and connected with the appropriate output of the load, the first (1) and second (2) transistors of p-n-p type, collectors of which are connected to the other output of the load, their emitters - to positive outputs of accordingly the first and the second sources of supply, the base of the first and the second transistors are connected accordingly with the first (7) and second (8) resistors, and between the base and the emitter of each transistor there are accordingly third (9) and fourth (10) resistors connected, differing by the fact that it contains a transistor optron (3), the light diode (3.1) of which is connected between outputs of the first resistor and the common output, and the phototransistor (3.2) shunts the base-emitter transition of the second transistor of p-n-p type, at the same time the other output of the second resistor is connected to the common output.

EFFECT: higher reliability of a device and simplification of its circuit solution.
