FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in pediatrics and children's cardiorheumatology. Patient visits doctor twice, during the visits the following parameters are determined: age at the time of the second visit (A2), type of essential arterial hypertension at the time of the first visit, coded from 1 to 5 points (D1), type of essential arterial hypertension at the time of the second visit, coded from 1 to 5 points (D2), level of adrenalin in day urine (Adr), level of blood serum angiotensin (Ant), index of time of day diastolic arterial pressure at the time of the first visit (ITDDRP1), duration of QT interval on cardiogram (QT), complaints about heartbeat sensation, coded as 1 - present or 2 - absent (Hb), habit to additionally salt meals, coded as 1 - present, 2 - absent. Function of disease prognosis classification is calculated by formulae: F('-2')=10.226*A2+10.54*D1+9.677*D2-0.506* Adr+4.487* Ang-0.171*ITDDRP1+34.285*QT-5.647*Hb-1.245*C-113.841, F('0')=11,686*B2+16.04*D1+1.518*D2-0.333*Adr-6.834*Ang-0.102* ITDDRP1+17.445*QT-1.261*Hb+0.219*C-119.871, F('3')=12.99*B2+24.049*D1-5.036*D2-0.896*Adr-7.915*Ang-0.006* ITDDRP1-10.68*QT+3.786*Hb+5.392*C-148.448, where F("-2") determines maximally possible aggravation of state, F("0") - unchanged state, F("3") maximally possible improvement. Maximal value determines prediction for further course of essential arterial hypertension for the child.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of prediction of essential arterial hypertension course in children and teenagers, which is achieved due to optimal selection of clinical-anamnestic indices.
