FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: to produce a mix, the initial material consisting of crushed stone and grinding screenings is dried separately, the crushed stone and the grinding screenings are separately heated up to the required temperature in one drying drum, and sent to hoppers via a separator for storage of the crushed stone, the grinding screenings and dust. Hoppers are equipped with heat exchangers to cool the material down to the temperature of 20-60°C with subsequent transfer of the rejected heat into an accumulator with its subsequent use for preliminary heating of initial materials. The cooled down crushed stone and grinding screenings are sent to intermediate hoppers with subsequent dosing, dust is dosed separately. Cooled crushed stone, grinding screenings and dust are mixed with a dosed binder, where a binder is a stabilising binder containing bitumen, diesel fuel and a gelling additive made of distilled tall oil and caustic soda, in the ratio of wt %: tall oil 85-90, caustic soda 10-15 at the following ratio in the stabilised binder, wt %: bitumen - 82-85; diesel fuel 15-18; gelling additive 1-2 with adhesive additive, and then the finished mix is packed.
