SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in repair of automobile and airfield asphalt and cement concrete pavements. Method of applying water-curable asphalt concrete repair mixture includes preparation of repaired section by cleaning from debris and dirt, it is filled with water-cured asphalt concrete repair mixture at 25 % above edges of the road surface around the repaired section, the mixture is compacted by means of a vibrating plate. Then compacted mixture is poured with water or alcohol solution in amount of 20 % of weight of laid mixture and left for mixture hardening for 20-40 minutes. At that, water-curable asphalt concrete repair mixture contains sand from crushed gabbro-diabase rocks crushing screenings, crushed stone of gabbro-diabase rocks with size of fractions of 4-8 mm, or 8-11.2 mm, or 11.2-16 mm, organic binder including viscous petroleum bitumen for road building or bitumen binder and tall oil fatty acids, and cement as a curing agent. Asphalt concrete repair mixture can additionally contain a pigment, a stabilizing additive, a radio-absorbing additive and a reinforcing additive.

EFFECT: invention increases cohesion and vibration damping properties of the obtained coating, as well as provides the possibility of carrying out works in the cold season.
