FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in a reinforcement unit comprising parallel reinforcement rods connected to each other by means of welding on discrete sections evenly arranged along the length, according to the first version of realisation, reinforcement rods are installed in one plane in a row, where they are tightly pressed and rigidly connected to each other along the length by interrupted flank welded seams, besides, geometric centres of welded seams are on sections of straight lines arranged at the angles from 45 to 60 degrees to the axis of joined reinforcement rods that form a reinforcement truss as a result of welding. Besides, the reinforcement unit comprises two reinforcement trusses joined to each other by interrupted welded seams that form a reinforcement angle bar in cross section. Besides, the reinforcement unit comprises two reinforcement trusses joined to each other by interrupted welded seams that form a reinforcement T bar in cross section. Besides, the reinforcement unit comprises three reinforcement trusses joined to each other by interrupted welded seams that form a reinforcement double tee in cross section. Besides, the reinforcement unit comprises three reinforcement trusses joined to each other by interrupted welded seams that form a reinforcement channel bar in cross section. Besides, the reinforcement unit comprises four reinforcement trusses joined to each other by interrupted welded seams that form a reinforcement pillar in cross section. Besides, the reinforcement unit comprises five reinforcement trusses joined to each other by interrupted welded seams forming a tetrahedral rectangle open on top in their cross section, creating an opening for concrete pouring, and representing a reinforcement beam at the side view. In a reinforcement unit comprising reinforcement rods connected to each other by means of welding on discrete sections evenly arranged along the length, according to the tenth version of realisation, reinforcement rods are bent into rings and are arranged in one plane in a row concentrically to each other, where they are connected to each other by interrupted welded seams, besides, geometric centres of welded seams are on sections of straight lines arranged at the angles from 45 to 60 degrees to chords connecting centres of neighbouring welded seams on inner or outer reinforcement rings, and rods form a reinforcement disc in plan. In a reinforcement unit comprising reinforcement rods connected to each other by means of welding on discrete sections evenly arranged along the length, according to the thirteenth version of realisation, reinforcement rods are bent into semirings and are arranged concentrically to each other, where they are connected to each other by interrupted welded seams, besides, geometric centres of welded seams are on sections of straight lines arranged at the angles from 45 to 60 degrees to chords connecting centres of neighbouring welded seams on inner or outer reinforcement semirings, and rods form a reinforcement arc in plan.
EFFECT: increased stiffness and bearing capacity of a reinforcement unit, expansion of application area, provision of guaranteed reliability of reinforcement unit operation under any types of loads, structure simplification.
