FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: unit of fixation of a hinged ventilated facade above a window or door opening includes an angle element for fixation to a wall, guides with a bracket for fixation to a wall, an esconson from a heat-insulation board and a composite facing panel. The facing panel is attached to the angle element and is bent so that it covers the lower side and the front end of the heat insulation board, and also has a bend above the upper side of the heat insulation board and an upward bend for fixation to guides. A part of a facing panel covering the front end of the heat-insulation board is arranged aflush with the outer surface of the hinged ventilated facade formed by flat (non-bent) facing panels. Preferably the heat-insulation board is made from glass magnesite. An insulation layer may be laid above the heat-insulation board.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase operational reliability of the structure and to improve its fire-prevention properties.
