FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: facade system with tempered glass cladding panels, containing fastening-bearing units, including L-shaped brackets holding T-shaped vertical guides at the required distance from the supporting surface, T-shaped vertical guides themselves, holding cladding panels and cladding panel fastening elements. The fastening-bearing assembly includes a combination of L-shaped bearing and support brackets within one T-shaped vertical guide holding the guide profile, vertical elongated holes made in the support L-shaped brackets through which the support L-shaped brackets are mounted to T-shaped vertical guide, temporary connection with a spring flat presser foot with bends at the ends. One end of the presser foot is inserted into one of the L-shaped holes made along the longitudinal line of symmetry of the L-shaped bracket, and the other end is supported on the surface of the L-shaped bracket, under which the T-shaped vertical guide is inserted and due to the elasticity of the presser foot press and hold the T-shaped vertical rail on the L-bracket. At the same time, the L-shaped bearing brackets are made with the possibility of receiving longitudinal and transverse loads relative to the longitudinal axis of the T-shaped vertical guide, which is rigidly fixed in them in all directions. And the L-shaped support brackets are made with the possibility of receiving a transverse load, and the T-shaped vertical guide is rigidly fixed in them only in the transverse direction with the possibility of moving in the longitudinal direction and providing thermal deformations of the T-shaped vertical guides. From the lower end of a row of T-shaped vertical guides mounted on the supporting surface with approach to their front surface, a horizontal guide is mounted, the profile of which forms a groove on the said front surface for mounting the bottom of hinged cladding panels mounted on a prefabricated box-section frame into it, facing side of the air gap of the facade system with boards along all four ends of said panels for the entire length of these ends. The frame is formed by interconnected lower, upper and side profiles of the frame, forming a fold on the front side along the perimeter of the said frame for mounting a cladding panel inside it. The lower side of the frame, facing the air gap, is mounted in the groove of the profile of the horizontal guide, and the upper side of the frame is made with the possibility of simultaneous attachment to the T-shaped vertical rails and the formation of a groove for mounting the hinged cladding panels of the next row in height into it.

EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of the facade system and reduced complexity of its installation and operation.
