FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in cavity of burner body there is hollow shaft that can be rotated by drive; one shaft end is connected to fuel supply unit, on the other shaft end there is spraying barrel mounted coaxially to shaft and volume of spraying barrel is open for output end of hollow shaft, which is equipped with spraying nut and fan impeller for primary air supply; fan impeller is fixed rigidly at hollow shaft in body and is equipped with adjusting outlet pipe 8 that covers spraying barrel coaxially and air supply channel at rear side communicates with body cavity. At that burner has facility for secondary air supply. Hollow shaft can rotate with rate of 7500-8000 rev/min. Hollow shaft is installed in bearings located in oil bath which is installed in body cavity in line with hollow shaft. Surface of impeller for primary air supply, which faces spraying barrel, is equipped with plain spigot in line with rotational axis of hollow shaft. Bottom of spraying barrel is equipped with both with cylindrical groove in butt end for the purpose of tight fit of primary air impeller; at that rear side of spraying side is equipped with ring groove which outer bead allows tight fit to bottom of spraying nozzle. In bottom of spraying nozzle there is through hole with communication of ring groove cavity and cover of primary air impeller, and in volume of spraying nut in space between spraying holes there are equally spaced through air distributing holes, which longitudinal axes are oriented along symmetry axis of spraying nut, preferably at angle to surface of spraying barrel. Besides spraying barrel has round-trip option along impeller hub, it is fixed by spraying nut with screwed connection with possibility of barrel replacement by another spraying barrel of different length and/or taper angle. At that straightening primary air distributors are made in inner surface of impeller cover from outlet discharge side. Besides straightening primary air distributors are made radially concave in direction opposite to fan impeller rotation. Moreover channel of secondary air supply is equipped with air movement stabiliser and has an option of smokes fumes introduction to it. Design ensures stable flame at combustion of any types of fuel, including fuel with high viscosity, at that such fuel with high viscosity is burnt almost completely and this fact stipulates cost effectiveness of this burner in comparison with known designs up to 5%.
EFFECT: burner is characterised by simplicity, reliability, non-availability of high-wear units and parts; maintenance of burner includes only timely replacement of antifriction bearings and gaskets.
