FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: burner comprises a vessel, in the cavity of which there is a hollow shaft installed as capable of rotation from a drive, one end of which is connected with a unit of fuel supply, and at the second end there is a spray sleeve mounted coaxially to the shaft, and the output end of the hollow shaft is opened into its volume, being equipped with a fuel sprayer, and an impeller of a primary air supply fan rigidly fixed on the hollow shaft in the jacket cavity, the outlet nozzle of which coaxially covers the spray sleeve, and the rear side of which with an air supply channel is equipped with atmosphere, at the same time the burner is equipped with a facility of secondary air supply, the hollow shaft is made as capable of rotation with frequency of 7500-8000 rpm, at the same time the secondary air supply facility comprises an air guiding device arranged at the end of the vessel, being aerodynamically connected to the second impeller of the fan, which is rigidly fixed on the hollow shaft in the cavity of the additional jacket, tightly covering the vessel with a gap, at the same time the input hole of the secondary air guiding device is equipped with a noise suppressor made in the form of a set of circular plates from flexible porous material, for instance, felt or thick felt, arranged with a slot gap relative to each other to form a cylindrical structure covering the perimetre of the input hole of the guiding device, besides, the input section of the additional jacket is made as diffusor, and its output section is made as confusor, with coverage of the outlet nozzle of the primary air supply fan impeller jacket and coaxially to it, at the same time the output hole of the air guiding device is equipped with a secondary air flow stabiliser. Besides, the hollow shaft is installed in bearings installed in an oil bath set in the vessel cavity coaxially to the hollow shaft. Besides, the spray sleeve is installed as capable of reciprocal displacement along the fan impeller's hub and is connected to it by means of threaded connection with the possibility to replace the spray sleeve of one length and/or taper for the spray sleeve of a different length and/or taper. Besides, on the inner surface of the primary air supply fan impeller's jacket, at the side of the output nozzle, there are straightening guides of primary air flow. At the same time primary air flow guides are made as radially bent to the side opposite to the direction of rotation of the fan's impeller.

EFFECT: invention provides for stable flame during combustion of any types of fuel, including highly viscous ones, at the same time practically complete combustion of heavy highly viscous fuels takes place, which provides for efficiency of the proposed burner compared to available structures, is characterised by simplicity, reliability, absence of high wear units and parts, repair of the burner is practically reduced to timely replacement of frictionless bearings and packing glands.
