FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has a housing, a force actuator which is in form of chamber with windows covered by an annular valve; a reciprocal motion piston. The housing consists of a downhole motor, a control compartment, a hydraulic apparatus compartment, a trigger compartment, a working chamber, a hydraulic cylinder for the drive of the clean up piston and a compensator. The windows are located in the top part of the chamber. The annular valve is in form of a stepped differential piston, having a plunger in the top part. The plunger can enter the trigger cavity filled with oil. There is a check valve in the top part of the chamber for discharging the hydraulic fluid. The trigger mechanism and the drive of the clean up piston are in form of a hydraulic system with a pump. The pump is driven by the downhole motor which is mounted on a pipe column. The hydraulic system also connects the hydraulic cylinder of the drive of the cleanup piston of the chamber, the piston drive of the trigger valve and the check valve in the trigger cavity, a pump relief valve and a pressure sensor with a three-position distributor. The pressure sensor with a three-position distributor provides three operating modes of the hydraulic system: idle mode, trigger and chamber cleanup mode, as well as the mode for returning the differential piston and the hydraulic cylinder of the drive to their initial position. The device also has a rotational speed sensor, which also operates as a stand-alone power supply for the control apparatus.
EFFECT: achieving maximum power of a seismic shock in sharply inclined and horizontal areas of a well.
