FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery for the purpose of detecting a destructive-inflammatory component. There is involved a series of diagnostic studies. The obtained data are ranged according to a points system. Connective tissue dysplasia requires 0.5 points. Cardiovascular disease in relatives makes 0.5 points. A rapid clinical course for days or weeks of occlusive-stenotic or degenerative changes of vascular walls or valve cardiac structures - 0.5 points. Distal and diffusion disorders of vascular bed - 0.5 points. High blood sedimentation rate - 1 point. Hyperskeocytosis - 1 point. High CRP - 1 point. Thrombocytopenia - 1 point. If total score is 3 and more, prevailing destructive-inflammatory component is stated in the patient that requires personified immune correction.

EFFECT: method provides preclinical detection and mostly prevention of intra- and postoperative threatening thrombohemorrhagic and purulent complications; these actions provides 43,9% higher effectiveness of detection of this component and 2 times lower number of these complications.
