FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining total leukocytes number, relative lymphocytes content and the number of CD3 (T- lymphocytes) and CD20 (B-lymphocytes)cells in particular, concentration of serum immunoglobulins of A, M and G class, results of spontaneous nitro blue tetrazolium tests and nitro blue tetrazolium tests activated by latex particles. The obtained results are compared to a pathology norm and score estimate is determined for each of the parameters under study using deviation scale. The scores are summed. Score sum value being between 0 and 5, no immunity disorders or normal immune system response to tissular injuries is considered to be the cases. The sum being equal to or greater than 9, severe immunity disorders are to be stated. The value being equal to 6-8, mild disorder degree is thought to take place.
EFFECT: high accuracy in predicting pyoseptic complications; improved treatment quality.
