FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire fighting equipment, and particularly to equipment for 3D fire fighting. A plant for 3D fire fighting comprises elements for fire fighting connected to each other by means of blasting fuses. These elements are placed in a room space so that their axes cross in a geometric centre of the room, which is identified as a point of rectangular parallelepiped or cube diagonals crossing. Blasting fuses connect elements for fire fighting with a charge from a smoke-forming composition, creating a closed quadrangle with tops, where these elements are installed. Each of fire fighting elements comprises a cylindrical vessel with a bottom filled with a fire-extinguishing powder, where an igniter is installed as separated from the powder by a piston, and a unit with a pyrotechnical charge, and a cover, which seals the vessel at the side of the open end. The piston has perforation holes, centres of which are arranged radially-symmetrically, evenly at circumferences concentric relative to the piston axis, besides, the total area of perforation holes makes 3.5÷25% of the piston area.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of a 3D fire fighting system.
