FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for spring reconditioning and may be used in repair shops. Proposed device comprises base to accommodate spring stretching device, threaded mandrel wherein fitted is the threaded holder to fix spring first and last coils by bolts. Device comprises also work rest with built-in threaded mandrel support rollers, head with built-in roller with grooved made along its outer diameter to match with radius of spring coil. Post with thread to receive pressure screw is secured to aforesaid base. Pressure screw serves to transmit rotation to said head roller. Threaded mandrel with nut screwed thereon is fitted on another post and provided with groove made on its opposite end mating with stretched spring inner diameter. Its arranged to rotate said nut in said thread for it to displace relative to fixed roller together with spring fitter on to be stretched thereon.
EFFECT: expanded performances, lower costs.
