SUBSTANCE: invention relates in unloading frozen loose material from railway carriers in winter. Proposed method comprises railway car weight relief by heat blowing to soften boundary layer. Exciter arranged at railway car is used to produce resonance vibrations and, then, coal is discharged.
EFFECT: unloading without damaging gondola car.
