FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: to obtain calcium carbonate hydroxodialuminates, having a hexagonal platelet-shaped crystal habit and having formula CamAl2(OH)6+2(m-1)An * nH2O, where m = 3.5-4.5, An is a carbonate which can be partially substituted with perchlorate and/or trifluoromethanesulphonate (triflate), and n = 0-6, calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide is reacted with activated aluminium oxohydroxide or aluminium hydroxide and with carbon dioxide or alkali metal (bi)carbonate. The obtained product is optionally further reacted with perchloric acid and/or trifluoromethanesulphonic acid, or the product is calcined at 200-900°C, followed by ion exchange in the presence of a perchlorate and/or triflate salt in water. The obtained obtain calcium carbonate hydroxodialuminates can be used in stabilisers for synthetic polymers, as catalysts, filler material, fire-retardant additives or smoke suppression agents.
EFFECT: invention reduces temperature and duration and increases efficiency when producing calcium carbonate hydroxodialuminates.
