FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in food industry in the process of mixing fluid masses of a food product, in particular, sausage mash. The extrusion machine contains a preferably hopper-shaped bin, a press pump for the mass delivery, a pin communicated with the pump and a body. The body includes an inlet hole for stuffing mass introduction and an outlet hole for the mass dispensation. Inside the body one envisages at least two spiral stirring elements, statically placed one by the other for stirring and/or treatment of the stuffing mass flowing through the body.
EFFECT: invention ensures sparing treatment of mash containing additives, finely dispersed distribution of air in the mash.
