FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method is as follows: one uses agar agar, sugar and salt taken at a weight ratio of 1.5:1.5:2. Then one prepares a gelating solution with addition of water to 230 weight parts. One performs preparation and mixing of components, the produced mixture packing into jars with addition of the gelating solution, airtight closure and sterilisation. The components are represented by humpback salmon fillet pieces, sweet pepper cut into cubes, cranberries, cherry tomatoes and the gelating solution at preset weight ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce fish preserves with a rich component formula and bright taste composition.
