FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages preparation of fish raw material and accessory materials, jellying solution preparation and introduction into detachable moulds and jellying solution cooling till complete gelation. Onto gelated jelly one puts salmon fillet, yam, gram, carrots, sweet pepper, preserved olives, preserved peas, preserved maize and parsley greens. All the components are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures gerontological dietary product manufacture.
