FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology, medicine, biochemistry and aims at creating a method for making a complex heparin preparation exhibiting anticoagulant-fibrinolytic action. The method for making the anticoagulant-fibrinolytic high-molecular heparin preparation consists in interaction of aqueous heparin and leucine mixed in molar ratio 1:3-4, the prepared product is frozen at temperature max. -10°C and lyophilised. Generally, the product is mixed for 25-30 min. Preferentially, 0.8-1.0% aqueous heparin and 0.3-1.0% leucine are used.
EFFECT: invention provides ease of implementation with making the oral preparation exhibiting no side proteolytic action and having storage stability.
