FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns the creation of products based on heparin, possessing anticoagulant, antiplatelet, fibrin-depolymerization effect on the body. Complex comprises high-molecular heparin with molecular weight of 20,000 Da and aspartic acid in ratio (1±0.3) M of heparin monomer unit on (1±0.3) M of aspartic acid. Method of producing complex involves stirring of heparin and aspartic acid, where as heparin use liquid or dry high-molecular heparin in ratio (1±0.3) M of heparin per monomer unit on (1±0.3) M of aspartic acid, holding the obtained mixture at temperature of 36-37 °C for 15–20 minutes with subsequent deposition, by centrifugation and drying the deposit at room temperature.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the creation of agent having a more pronounced effect, increasing the range of its anticoagulant activities, improving the efficiency of the method while increasing a yield of finished product.
