FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions may be used for forming bottom of metal cans, for example, steel and aluminium tandem cans made up of two parts. Proposed device comprises outer and cylindrical cases accommodating pressure ring retainer, transfer piston and ring spring. Pressure sing retainer comprises elements to control displacement of float pressure ring and to centre dome-shape male die with respect to house-forming machine plunger. Pressure ring pressure is increased by larger size of piston, spring position and size.
EFFECT: better centring and control over pressure ring.
