FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: lamp has a housing and one or more illumination modules pivotally mounted in the housing. Each of the illumination modules has a light-emitting element and a corresponding heat sink and an output optical system for said module, and can turn in the housing. The lamp also has a longitudinal part for connection of the illumination module, which is pivotally mounted in the housing for turning about a longitudinal axis parallel to it. The fastening apparatus for the output optical system is such that the heat sink and the light-emitting element can be engaged using a fastening element for maintaining thermal contact between the light-emitting element and the heat sink with arrangement of the optical element with optical illumination with output of the light-emitting element. The fastening element is such that the substrate of the light-emitting element can be engaged and clamping pressure can be applied thereto relative the heat sink and has one or more locking devices which pass over the substrate while fastening it and are joined with the corresponding one or more fastening protrusions. The heat sink has one or more fastening protrusions.
