FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: lighting device (502, 520) comprises a plurality of lighting modules (504-510, 522-528), each of which comprises a plurality of preferably independently controlled light sources (108), preferably light-emitting diodes (LED) and/or laser lamps. At that, with each light source there is associated preferably a lens design which is individualized with respect to it. Modules are individually configurable, and characteristics of light flux emitted by each of said modules, are individually controlled to provide target distribution of light emitted by lighting device. Also disclosed is illuminator (201, 301) comprising a single point light source (108), preferably a LED, and a transparent lens structure (202, 302), optically adjacent to said light source and forming a plurality of mutually different optically functional segments (204, 206, 208, 304, 306, 308) for controlling light, for example by setting distribution and direction of light emitted by said single light source. A version of such a structure is presented in the form of transparent element (202, 302), such as a lens.
EFFECT: modular lighting device, module for this device, system and illuminator for this module are proposed.
