FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has driving and driven shafts connected to each other by a connecting element, wherein the driven shaft is mounted on bearing assemblies with possibility of restricting its linear displacement, and is made of two parts joined by a socket, a tachogenerator and a measuring device. A metal disc is rigidly mounted on each part of the driven shaft between bearings, lying between the bearing assemblies, wherein cross-shaped magnetic conductors, having electromagnetic coils, are rigidly mounted on said bearings. On bearing assemblies of each part of the driven shaft on two sides of the cross-shaped magnetic conductor, there are rigidly mounted arresting devices which limit its maximum turning. The angle between neighbouring elements of the cross-shaped magnetic conductors is 90°, and opposite ends of the cross-shaped magnetic conductors lying on two sides of the metal disc, which are opposite and parallel to each other, are rigidly joined to each other by a cross-piece. On horizontal cross-pieces there are rigidly mounted counterweights on one side and on the other side are joined to each other by U-shaped arms, with possibility of interacting upon balance of the torque of the electric motor and the moment created by the cross-shaped magnetic conductors having electromagnetic coils and by the metal disc having a signalling device. At the centre of the U-shaped arm there are suspended balance weights or floor scales underneath. Electromagnetic coils mounted on the cross-shaped magnetic conductors are connected in series and/or in parallel.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of the determined energy parameters of an electric motor, simple design and broader functional capabilities.
