FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a belt conveyor, a source of ultraviolet (UV) radiation, the hoppers of supply and receiving seeds, and a sensor for detecting the irradiation dose of seeds. The belt conveyor shaft is connected to the electric drive. The source of UV irradiation is enclosed in a casing and is mounted above the conveyor belt. Above the first belt conveyor the belt of the second belt conveyor is mounted with the possibility of its interaction with the irradiated seeds and with the possibility of adjusting the height of its location and tension. The second conveyor belt is made of ultraviolet-transmitting material. At the lower part of the hopper of supply a dispenser and a sensor of seeds presence is mounted, connected to the input of the unit of control and management. The dispenser through the electric drive is connected to the output of the time relay, the other two outputs of which give a signal to electric drives of the first and second belt conveyors. The other inputs of the unit of control and management are connected to the outputs of sensors for detecting the irradiation dose of seeds and the output of the operating modes selector. The output of the unit of control and management is connected to the input of the time relay, and to the inputs of start-control devices the signal is given from the time relay output and the output of the unit of control and management. And the output of the start-control devices is connected to a source of (UV) radiation.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to enhance the uniformity of the seeds irradiation.
