SUBSTANCE: at second and first level control points, databases are created for in-house equipment (TS), target objects and environment conditions, analysis and determination of data, identification and classification, determination of priorities and creation of a list of target objects, estimation of efficiency, random generation of a list of TS, allocating target objects between TS, target assignment and generation of control commands is performed. The system comprises: control points, communication lines, database storage devices, channel forming equipment, data transmission equipment, data collection and analysis units, units for measuring primary characteristics, calculating secondary characteristics, selecting objects, identifying and classifying, determining priorities, estimating efficiency, creating a list of TS based on efficiency, allocating objects between TS, assigning targets for TS, control panels, information display units, a comparator unit, a device for receiving commands and addressed output of control signals and a device for controlling the equipment.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of centralised control equipment by collecting, processing and analysing data and making a decision on realising an action.
