FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by means of performing at the control station of the second level the following control functions, such as collection, processing, analysis, adaptive selection of a procedure for data hipping and estimation of action efficiency, data hipping on objects of action, estimation of capabilities of their group of technical means and making a decision for taking an action, and at the control station of the first level - functions of data hipping on objects of action and estimation of efficiency of action of all their technical means at all objects of action. When controlling at the control station (CS) of the second and first levels, data bases are generated, analysis is carried out, the procedure of data hipping is adaptively selected, and action efficiency is estimated, data hipping takes place, as well as identification and classification, priorities are defined, and a list of objects of action is generated in accordance with their priorities, efficiency of action is assessed, the list of technical means (TM) is randomly generated by efficiency, objects of action are distributed between technical means, target designations and control commands are generated and sent to technical means. The control system comprises the following components connected accordingly: control stations, communication lines, devices of data base storage, units of data collection and analysis, adaptive selection of procedure for data hipping and assessment of action efficiency, data hipping, identification and classification, detection of priorities of objects of action, assessment of efficiency, formation of a list of technical means by efficiency, distribution of objects between TM, formation of TM target designations, control panels, devices of information display, devices for reception of commands and address issue of control signals and devices of technical means control.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the method and system of double-level adaptive control.
