FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: rotating transformer contains rotating and fixed parts installed with air gap relative to each other. These parts are made as spiral primary winding overwrapping a shaft and coaxially located in it secondary winding. Rotating transformer also contains cylindrical electromagnetic screen separating the mentioned windings from the shaft made of composite containing polymerising rubber-like compound with ferrite filler. The secondary spiral winding is pressure-tight cured from outside into integral pert with electromagnetic screen by polymerising sealer. Sealing of rotating transformer windings. No maintenance during operation which improves efficiency of anticorrosive protection means.
