FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in high-frequency voltage and current converters of a wide range of applications. One of the most labor-intensive parts of converters—windings of high-frequency pulse transformers and throttles with ferrite magnetic conductors, are made on the basis of double-sided printed-circuit boards in the form of spirals, by the connecting jumpers of the inner ends of turns coils of each of double-sided printed-circuit boards by conducting jumpers. Outer outputs of adjacent printed spirals of adjacent boards are connected according to through windows in intermediate insulators, assembled into packets, external outputs of packets of each winding are output for connection with elements of control electronics, switching and protection. For high-power high-frequency converters, their transformers and throttles, spirals of windings are made on the basis of cuts from sheet material with external and internal channels for cooling.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of manufacturing of one of elements of converters, their pulse transformers, easier maintenance and repair due to possibility of replacement of damaged sections without replacement of the whole device, possibility of unification.
