FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: multispectral reading device has a top layer and a bottom layer. The top layer has detecting pixels for reading a first group of colours. The bottom layer has detecting pixels for reading a second group of colours. At least one of the layers has reading pixels, having at least two or more spectra. The technical result of the invention is maximum utilisation of light energy, increase in spatial resolution and light sensitivity.
EFFECT: invention increases output of the product, simplifies the design, reduces the volume of transmitted and processed data and power consumption.
