SUBSTANCE: device contains weights, bracket with possibility to be mounted on vessel structures to which bracket the base is attached on gimbal with limitations at maximum tilts. The bracket is made in the form of cylindric hollow housing to top base of which spot for antenna installation is attached through gimbal, and metal rods resting on the base are passed through holes located along circumference in housing bases.
EFFECT: functionality enhancement which is achieved due to including a number of devices to it.
