FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: three-port node of network interface contains: two ports for connecting nodes for creation of double ring of two ringlets with simultaneous transmission of packets, in the near-port circuits of which following is located: input buffer, two output buffers, transit buffer and the third port for interconnection of rings; in this scheme, all three near-port circuits are hardware-identical, at the input of each port there is short-circuit switch, and at the output - free symbols generator, in the first and the second ports, three output buffers have different hardware priorities of packets issuing, where the highest priority belongs to transit buffer, medium priority belongs to intermediate buffer, and the lowest priority belongs to buffer at application circuits output, in the third port, two of three buffers function as intermediate buffer and have equal priority of issuing packets and the third buffer at application circuits output has the lowest priority of issuing packets to another ring.

EFFECT: providing connection of two rings into survivable network to create measure-controlling systems due to creation of three-port node of network interface.
