FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crane cabin heating system. In compliance with first version, crane comprises drive motor and hydraulic system to supply crane MAIN assemblies. Hydraulic system comprises auxiliary hydraulic subsystem The latter comprises reducing bypass solenoid-control and controlled safety valve, temperature relay and controller. Inlet pressure is defined by setting of said reducing bypass valve smaller than minimum pressure created by pump. Control valve actuates and deactivates auxiliary hydraulic system. Safety valve cerates and maintains pressure required to load drive motor. Controller acts in response to temperature relay signals. Aforesaid valves create necessary load for drive motor that increases temperature of motor coolant to preset operating temperature. In compliance with second version, drive motor with cooling circuit and operator cabin heating system with auxiliary hydraulic system. Auxiliary hydraulic system comprises reducing bypass valve and controlled safety valve. Reducing bypass valve limits pressure in hydraulic system to pressure lower than that in main hydraulic system and reduces pressure downstream of said reducing bypass valve. Safety valve creates and maintains pressure in auxiliary hydraulic system. Pressure in the latter ensures mechanical load on crane motor sufficient for increasing motor coolant temperature to preset operating temperature. Heat from cooling circuit is used for heating operator cabin.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
