FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rolling bearing has inner ring (40), outer ring (31) which is located around ring (40) and has roller path (34) facing ring (40), a set of rollers (44) located in roller path (34) between rings (31) and (40), rear ring (22) adjacent to the side of ring (40) in order to limit its axial movement, intermediate section (58) and stator (66), inner circular section (62) and rotor (80). Stator (66) is almost parallel to intermediate section (58). Section (62) is between section (58) and stator (66). Rotor (80) comprises inner section (88) which goes around ring (22), outer section (84) which goes almost parallel around section (88) and intermediate circular section (90) running between section (88) and section (84) near ring (40). In this case stator (66) is located between section (84) and section (88) forming channel (97) between rotor (82) and sealing membrane (52) that has setting ring (69) having elastic seal (72 ) fixed on it and which is adjacent to outer surface (87) of section (88) forming a seal between them.
EFFECT: design of an improved rolling bearing with an effective seal that reduces loss of lubricant to a minimum and eliminates the need to use wearproof rings.
