FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator comprises a housing and an elastic element that interacts with the object. The housing is designed as a foundation on which two guide sleeves with bottoms facing the base are fixed by a layer of cast polyurethane. There are cylindrical spiral compression springs symmetrically located inside the guide sleeves. The springs rest onto the round discs made of antifriction material with their lower bases and onto the lid that covers with a clearance the layer of cast polyurethane with their upper bases. The lid is connected by means of a fastening element with load bearing screw element, such as a bolt whose head is filled with a layer of cast polyurethane. There are circular flangings made from the side of the open part of the sleeves and coaxial to the axle of sleeves that have elastic rings fixed with a clearance relative to the inner surface of the lid. The rings act as elastic restraints of moving parts of the vibration isolator. There are elastic damping mesh elements under the discs of the guiding sleeves.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of dimensional vibration isolation and simplified design and assembling.
