FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator comprises a housing and an elastic element that interacts with the object. There are two guide bushings attached on the housing base by means of a layer of cast polyurethane and connected with a common circular bottom turned towards the side of the base. A package of disk-shaped elastic elements are placed axially symmetrically and coaxially to the guide bushings. The elements rest onto the circular bottom made of antifriction material with their lower bearing areas and the upper bearing surfaces rest onto the lid that covers the layer of cast polyurethane. The lid is connected by means of a fastening element with load bearing screw element, such as a bolt whose head is filled with a layer of cast polyurethane. There are circular flangings made from the side of the open part of the bushings and coaxial to the axle of bushings that have elastic rings fixed with a clearance relative to the inner surface of the lid. The rings act as elastic restraints of moving parts of the vibration isolator. There are elastic shock-absorbing mesh elements inside and outside of the disk-shaped elastic elements.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of dimensional vibration isolation and simplified design and assembling.
