FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: steam compression plant comprises an evaporator with nozzles of working fluid supply and drainage, a condenser with a nozzle of condensate drainage, a compressor equipped with an electric motor and a tight vessel. The compressor's inlet is communicated with an evaporator's cavity, and the outlet is communicated with a condenser's cavity via a circular diffuser with an external shell. Cavities of the evaporator and the condenser are hydraulically insulated from each other. The electric motor is placed in a tight vessel and is equipped with a channel of liquid cooling of the tight vessel. The circular diffuser is additionally equipped with an inner shell that creates a cavity, where the electric motor is installed. The electric motor rotor shaft is fixed on the compressor's rotor shaft in a cantilever manner.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the plant with simultaneous improvement of its reliability.
